...it has to start somewhere...
The name of the game is raising consciousness on a global & individual level. If you know why this is the most important task of any conscious being at the moment (and every moment), awesome! If you don't know yet, don't worry about it, just observe what raising consciousness does to everything and everybody.
Regardless of the path we take, ultimately it is all about consciousness and the realization that "All is One". The different paths might end before leading to this realization or might make more turns than others, but if you stand far enough to gain a good perspective, you will see that all mystics, religions, science, ideologies, cultures, biological and psychological evolution, politics, etc. are all playing their parts in this unstoppable progress of gaining more and more awareness.
One might follow a spiritual path to awakening (which has traditionally been the most common way) through the teachings of Buddha, Jesus, OSHO, Adyashanti and other spiritual masters.
Another recently introduced path was science and the teachings of Newton, Einstein, Erwin Laszlo, and other great giants. Yet other paths can be music or dancing or any of the arts, sports, and so on. A very practical model was introduced by Abraham Maslow to analyze how society and individuals are thriving for more and more consciousness. On the peak of his model is self-actualization, and Buddha would be a perfect example who actually attained this state.

Initial Ethical Steps
Everybody will be rewarded for any of their efforts according to how much "good" they have provided for the whole. This evaluation of course is in the hands of the whole, based on an equal, democratic voting system. However, every individual can only vote in issues he/she is capable of making an educated decision for the whole. If he/she is not capable, the vote has to be given to a nearest representative who is educated and aware enough to make the decision for others.
For example... doctors are not paid not when somebody gets ill. Doctors would get a fix salary and it is reduced exponentially when people start getting ill around him. On the contrary, if people are healthier around the doctor than the statistical average (due to the doctor's activity (diet and exercise programs, educational materials distributed and visiting families, monitoring living conditions and behaviors to prevent any health problems, etc.)) than the doctor gets bonuses.
Initial Technical Steps
Establish a database and interface, through which individuals and organizations are able to register, maintain a profile, communicate to each other and see the relationships and complexity among themselves (touchgraph, Irovr, maplecroft, skype, google earth, spiral dynamics, etc., all listed below)
Create a series of inspirational materials that helps people understand what is going on (combine poodwaddle's world clock with Kurzweil's predictions through the spiral dynamics system and collect opinions of the collective to get wisdom of the whole and allow the clock to be wound forward to show predicted states and statistical data emerge.

Open Source Interactive digital model of our world/reality is put online for anyone to understand the complexity, relationships among the constituent parts, how they effect one another, revealing everything, not letting criminals and selfish interest groups to exploit the situation (spiral dynamics, wisdom of the whole, etc.)
Create an on-line collective experience, decision making, voting, sharing, discussing, revealing, etc. as a new, conscious being, that we, humans, are an important part of. This new, collective body of being can be similar to God, or the God experience, a transcendent and meaningful urge that our species so desires to foster and explore. We either evolve... and evolve fast.. or become extinct.
Our first task should be establishing a communication infrastructure throughout the world, that connects the currently much obscured parts from one another. The infrastructure for this already exist (internet), all we have to do is to imagine the tool (skype, youtube, etc.). Once the concept and the understanding is there, nothing can stop people and interest groups to come to participate and contribute in order to manifest a good idea (wikipedia, open source). All you need is a tool to be able to demonstrate virtually what a solution could be to a problem/need.
Then we can start mapping the belief system of our collective consciousness, possible routes and probable outcomes based on our reality and the patterns that dominated our human and natural history. This interface should be open to anyone to use and contribute to, promoting emergence and tolerance while enabling the masses and especially the the more challenged ones to connect and participate with the whole. What needed is a critical mass of consciousness to arise in the collective to transcend and transform reality as we know it, because what we are currently doing is not sustainable for our own, and for most of the other species.

Just recently, Humanity has become a global dynamic in shaping the future of all living kind. Unfortunately our technological power has gotten far ahead of our intellectual understanding of its consequences, creating a crisis situation regarding many aspects of our lives on a global scale.
Our world has become fragmented in many ways with widening gaps between the haves and the have-nots. Whether we examine wealth distribution, or the distribution and availability of essential resources, education, pollution, human rights, and so on, the global picture has become alarmingly out of balance.
It would probably take the collective awakening of a critical mass to able to address these issues and begin the necessary transformation in our collective consciousness, before it is too late for the human species.
The traditional way of trying to address these global problems don't seem to work well. NGOs and Governments of the "developed" and supposedly "advanced" world have been pouring money and efforts into various programs to bring the fragmented parts closer, but we can't seem to be catching up to our problems to ease the pressure.
Threefive was established on the principle that traditional methods cannot be successful as long as we are trying to change any human system from the outside, without inner awareness and realization of the situation. As the old saying goes "A man changed against his will, is of the same opinion still". Our job should not be telling other people what to do, but helping them realize the situation they are in. Solutions then will not only come automatically from within, but people would also realize that the power to change their own future and faith is in their very own hands.
Let's consider Earth to be a single giant organism, and humanity its brain. Our problem right now is that this brain is very fragmented and has a lot of problems with synchronizing and agreeing on the most simple and essential things. As a result, this brain creates all kinds of paranoia regarding other parts of the brain and fights for dominance over them. There are contradictions and misconceptions giving rise to chaos, and creating a nearly suicidal situation for the whole body.
First and foremost a rudimentary nervous system has to be established among the vital parts of the brain so that a critical mass realizes what is going on and that the decision making power is in the hands of the masses and not in the hands of corporations and governments. We should create an interface that makes the world and related things in it transparent for anybody to realize the connections and how to manipulate them. From this awareness we will have all the transforming results we have been trying to achieve so hard.
Telefalu, is an effort, trying to integrate our fragmented world into one global organism, overcoming political, ideological and economical boundaries. In an environment where emergence, tolerance and compassion are promoted, we hope to establish a community, that can collectively address the complexity of our problems on different levels. Telefalu's overall goal is to plant a seed of Gaian thinking in everybody that can grow and induce a collective awakening to the limitless possibilities of creating Heaven on Earth for all living kind.
